The D650 is an electronic pressure-regulated differential pressure leak tester designed for industrial airtightness and leakage testing. Test pressure is set digitally through the instrument interface without using a mechanical pressure adjustment knob. Multiple optional test pressure and measurement ranges are available for different products and inspection requirements.
Intuitive Touchscreen Interface: Equipped with a 5.6-inch (resolution 640*480) touchscreen display featuring a clear Chinese operation interface, significantly reducing operator training time and simplifying daily setups.
High-Accuracy Detection: Delivers an exceptional differential pressure resolution of 0.1 Pa/s, providing the high accuracy required for rigorous quality assurance standards.
Multiple Stored Test Profiles: Supports up to 64 Stored Test Parameter Profiles, making it highly efficient to select, configure, and switch parameters for different testing batches without manual reprogramming.
Product Counting Function: A built-in counting capability helps process and operation personnel quickly calculate the number of tested products, streamlining production tracking and workflow management.
Safe Low-Voltage Testing: Operates on a DC24V safe voltage for low-voltage testing, prioritizing operator safety and equipment stability during continuous industrial usage.
Robust I/O Capabilities: Features 16 Digital Inputs and 16 Digital Outputs, offering strong adaptability for complex, automated manufacturing environments.
Flexible Startup & Testing Modes: Provides three distinct startup modes (touch click, pre-set scanning, and remote control) alongside versatile testing modes (manual testing, automatic testing, and External Control Mode) to suit diverse operational requirements.
Comprehensive Communication Interfaces: Integrates three communication methods—Network (Ethernet), RS232, and RS485—ensuring seamless data exchange and connectivity with existing factory management systems.
External I/O and PLC Integration: Includes rich External I/O Control Connections that can directly connect to a PLC or drive external automated devices, such as pneumatic cylinders. Operators can remotely start tests and switch channels, with the added convenience of manually inputting and naming specific channels.
Manual Adjustment & Visual Inspection: Allows manual adjustment of output terminals to make external control more flexible. Additionally, it features a dedicated bubble coating/pressure retention function; when using soap water to visually inspect for bubbles, the instrument reliably maintains the pressure retention state.
Integrated Alarm System: Incorporates a highly responsive sound and light alarm function to immediately alert personnel of any testing anomalies, reducing the risk of defective products passing through the line.
Massive Data Storage: Capable of saving the latest 50,000 sets of detection data locally. All leak detection result data is automatically stored with a reliable data memory function, preventing critical information loss.
Convenient Query & Export: Quality managers can easily query historical test results by date or channel. The device supports data export via USB, Ethernet, or RS485 interfaces. Exported data is formatted in EXCEL, making it highly convenient for editing, reporting, and archiving on a computer.
External Device Support: Can directly drive a printer or a scanner gun. It supports specific scanner gun models to scan QR codes and one-dimensional barcodes, streamlining product identification and enhancing traceability.
Answer / Troubleshooting Steps:
Check whether the upper and lower pressure settings are configured incorrectly.
Check whether there is leakage in the pipeline connection position or at the connection workpiece position.
Check if the tested product itself is substandard or defective.
Check whether the inflation parameters are unreasonable (for instance, if the inflation time is set too short, the pressure cannot reach the lower limit of the standard pressure).
If you have excluded the above situations and the issue persists, please contact the sales staff of Yuanzhi Company for technical support, or send the instrument back to Yuanzhi Company for a professional overhaul.
The airtightness leak detector is mainly used to test the sealing performance of products or systems during the production process. It is widely applied in industries such as automobiles, electronics, healthcare, aerospace, etc.
