The D650 Mechanical Advanced Leak Tester is a precision air tightness detection instrument designed for industrial pipeline and component sealing performance testing. Built with a mechanical pressure regulation system featuring a manual adjustment knob, the D650 allows operators to set and fine-tune test pressure directly through the front-panel knob. This model supports both positive pressure and negative pressure (vacuum) testing across multiple optional ranges, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of leak detection applications in manufacturing environments.
Equipped with a 5.6-inch color LCD industrial resistive touchscreen (640×480 resolution), the D650 provides an intuitive interface for parameter configuration, test monitoring, and result review. The instrument stores up to 50,000 test records and supports data export via USB, Ethernet, or RS485 in Excel-compatible format, facilitating quality traceability and statistical analysis for production lines.
The D650 utilizes a mechanical valve for pressure regulation. A physical knob on the front panel allows operators to manually adjust the test pressure with direct tactile feedback. This mechanical approach provides reliable pressure setting without depending on digital input interfaces. The pressure resolution reaches 0.001 kPa, with readings displayed to three decimal places. An electronic regulation version (without knob, controlled via internal digital input) is available as an alternative configuration for automated production lines.
With a test accuracy of 0.1 Pa and a differential pressure sensor rated for 2 MPa overpressure, the D650 delivers repeatable leak detection results. The instrument supports four optional test ranges (±500 Pa, ±1000 Pa, ±2000 Pa, ±5000 Pa), with ±1000 Pa as the default factory configuration. A built-in temperature compensation module and automatic zero-point offset correction help maintain measurement stability across varying ambient conditions. The display resolution for test results reaches 0.001 Pa or 0.001 ml/min.
The D650 accommodates 64 parameter channels, allowing operators to store and quickly switch between test configurations for different product models. Each channel supports custom naming in both Chinese and English. The instrument provides 16 input and 16 output channels for PLC integration and external device control, with switch output reverse-connection protection and short-circuit protection for operational safety. Channel switching can be performed manually, via relay, network, or RS485.
The D650 is deployed across industries requiring verified sealing performance, including automotive component manufacturing, electronics enclosure testing, healthcare device production, and aerospace component inspection. Its support for both positive pressure and negative pressure testing allows it to accommodate products ranging from sealed housings and pipe assemblies to fluid system components and cast parts. The instrument's bubble-coating and pressure-hold function enables visual soap-water bubble inspection alongside quantitative testing. Data logging and export capabilities support compliance with quality management systems and batch traceability requirements for industrial clients.
The D650 offers multiple optional test pressure ranges, including negative pressure options (-98 kPa and -50 kPa, with adjustable minimum down to -88 kPa) and positive pressure options from 20 kPa up to 1600 kPa. The specific range is selected at the time of order based on application requirements.
The D650 mechanical model uses a mechanical valve with a physical adjustment knob on the front panel. Operators turn the knob to manually set and fine-tune the test pressure. An electronic regulation version (without knob, controlled via internal digital input) is available as an alternative for automated lines.
The D650 supports three communication methods: Ethernet (network), RS232, and RS485. Test data can be exported through USB, Ethernet, or RS485 in Excel-compatible format for editing and analysis on a computer.
The instrument stores up to 50,000 test records. Records can be queried by date or by parameter channel, and the built-in product counting function helps operators track production volume alongside test results.
